PRICING AND PAYMENT POLICY
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax) Prices are regularly updated and displayed on this website on the date you make your booking These prices are for a 5 hour duration or less with easy setup and are based in the Melbourne metro area an additional charge is applied only when outside this distance or a city location where extra time setup is required and it is difficult to get in and out of buildings such as tourist locations or a parking fee may apply additional staff may also be required getting in and out of locations which use flights of stairs or elevators or long distance from vehicle to setup area. Payment must be made once the DJ has setup the equipment, if paying by cheque or money order we require cleared funds prior to the function date, you can make a final payment or paid in full online or cash on the night once the DJ has setup. Unexpected overtime rate after the five (5) hour package is $150.00 (inc GST) per hour.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION OF BOOKING POLICY
Please choose carefully we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or change the booking date. I understand that thirty (30) day’s written notice of cancellation must be given to obtain a deposit refund, No refund will be issued after this date. Cancellation of a booking seven (7) days prior to the function date incurs a cancellation fee of 30% of the payable balance which includes high season such as October to April any late payments will be charged a interest fee on any outstanding balance as well as any administrative and legal collection costs.
DELIVERY POLICY
The client may choose to book verbally over the phone or via email communication with Pro Dj’s Australia. Pro Dj’s Australia will then send and Tax Invoice requesting for the client to pay a min deposit of $200 is to confirm their booking. Once this clears Pro Dj’s Australia will send an adjusted Tax Invoice showing the deposit received and the balance now due. Pro Dj’s Australia will also sent the client their completed Function Booking Sheet as a confirmation for their booking with Pro Dj’s Australia. The client will need to pay the renaming balance no later than 1 week before the function date. The client will receive their service in full as described on their tax invoice on their Function Booking Date.
CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITY POLICY
Pro DJs Australia is committed to providing exceptional customer service and a quality Disc Jockey service. Pro DJs Australia will do every possible but is not responsible for actions beyond its control, such as disorderly guests who are drunk and abusive and can endanger the safety of our DJ, power faults and failures or any such acts of God. Any stoppage, delay or early termination of such a performance during the agreed time period is not the fault of Pro DJs Australia. The function organizer will be expected to pay in full the agreed amount payable and no refund issued. I the function organizer am liable for any costs due to damage to any such equipment materials or operators property by disorderly guest’s or person’s present at the function.
